If you place an order with us, we need to know your name, address, details of your credit or debit card number and telephone number and email address so that we can process and fulfil your order, notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and promotions. If you enter a prize draw, we need your name; address and email address so that we can administer the prize draw and notify winners.

By placing an order on our website, or entering into a prize draw, you are consenting to the collection, processing and use of this information by Achilles Sportswear Limited. Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched and sent by Royal Mail within 48 hours.

If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers are entitled to cancel their order and receive a refund of the purchase price of their goods. Customers must inform Achilles Sportswear by email or in writing of the cancellation of their order within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned to Achilles Sportswear unopened within 14 days of cancellation of the order. All postage and packaging costs are to be borne by the customer. A refund of the purchase price of the goods will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If your goods are damaged on arrival please return them in their original packaging to Achilles Sportswear as soon as possible. We will send a replacement product and refund the cost of the postage within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If you think the goods are faulty please return the product with its packaging to Achilles Sportswear and provide details of the fault. If the goods are found to be faulty we will send a replacement product and refund the cost of the postage within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
